Last updated: December 1, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the E2 Identity Wallet service ("Service") operated by SmartLedger Blockchain Solutions Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

E2 Identity Wallet is a self-sovereign identity management platform that enables users to:

  • Create and manage decentralized identifiers (DIDs)
  • Generate and store cryptographic keypairs with post-quantum security
  • Manage verifiable credentials and attestations
  • Interact with the Boundless blockchain ecosystem
  • Authorize third-party applications via OAuth 2.0

3. Self-Custody and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your private keys and recovery phrases. The Service operates on a self-custody model, meaning:

  • We do not have access to your private keys or recovery phrases
  • We cannot recover lost or forgotten credentials
  • We cannot reverse or modify blockchain transactions
  • You must securely back up your recovery information

Loss of your private keys or recovery phrase will result in permanent loss of access to your identity and any associated assets.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Create false or misleading identity claims or attestations
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or associated infrastructure
  • Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party applications and the Boundless blockchain network. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or privacy practices of third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Blockchain Transactions

Transactions submitted to the Boundless blockchain are irreversible once confirmed. You acknowledge that blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, or technical issues beyond our control. Transaction fees are determined by network conditions and are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
